Admission Criteria
To be eligible for residency at Heritage Place Assisted Living, applicants must meet the following requirements:
Age 55 or older
Enrolled members of the MHA Nation are given priority
Requires only minimal assistance—care needs must be limited to verbal or written reminders or support from a single caregiver
Does not actively misuse alcohol or drugs
Resident’s safety is not at risk if they leave the facility independently
Does not require skilled nursing care, including:
Extensive wound care
Tracheostomy management
Feeding tube assistance
Total assistance with eating
Medical isolation for contagious infections or illnesses
